Kyra Meredith

Founder, Bioenergetic Wellness Coach, BSc

Hi! I'm Kyra Meredith—bioenergetic wellness coach and passionate advocate for holistic health. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Western University, where I also competed as a varsity lacrosse athlete.

I began my university journey in Medical Sciences, but quickly learned there was something missing— the root cause of health problems. It was my own health journey that sparked my curiosity in exploring deeper, more root-cause focused methods of wellness. After years of unresolved migraines and digestive struggles that no doctor could explain, I turned to holistic medicine. This more natural path changed everything when it helped me discover the root cause of my health problems.

Today, I work with individuals who are ready to learn more about their bodies, uncover imbalances, and feel empowered to make sustainable lifestyle shifts that support optimal health.

I am a Registered Nurse, educated at the University of New Brunswick, with over six years of experience practicing in acute care hospitals across the United States. My nursing career has given me the unique opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and healthcare systems. I’ve specialized in General medicine, which has allowed me to work in many different areas of health from general medical, surgical, ortho, neuro, cardiac pcu — each with its own set of challenges and common health trends. Through these experiences, I’ve observed that while certain health issues tend to be more prevalent in specific regions, one consistent thread connects many of them — the critical role of gut health.

I have a passion for Holistic Health because the focus is looking beyond symptoms to uncover the root causes of illnesses. It grew from my own personal health journey. After years of unexplained illness and frustration, I discovered that food and gut imbalances were at the core of many of my symptoms. That realization transformed my understanding of wellness and led me to explore the deeper connections between lifestyle, nutrition, and overall well-being. It also inspired me to take a more integrative approach to health; one that focuses on true healing rather than temporary fixes or masking symptoms.
